- Base stealing is allowed
- Assessments are given for 8 year olds, 11 and 12 year olds may be part of this league depending on their skill level or special needs. These determinations can be made by some FFWLL board memebr's and coaches in the best interest of both the child and the teams.
- For the 2023 FFWLL Season FFWLL will be following the Little League International draft option 1 (Plan A). Returning managers will start their team their player, the players they had the previous season and the their assistant coach's players. Once the number of players are determined for the returning managers team then the remaining teams that have new managers get to draft from the remaining players until they have the same amount of players as the other teams. From there the teams continue the draft process until all the other players are selected.
